Description

The Diamond E60/5PFV9-N is a professional-grade freestanding electric range cooker delivering 13kW for powerful cooking performance. It features five durable cast iron plates with a 180 mm diameter, each independently powered with 2 kW heating elements and controlled via a 6-position switch allowing precise heat regulation. The integrated electric convection oven, sized GN 1/1, is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and includes thermal insulation in its double-walled door and enclosure for energy efficiency. The oven is thermostatically controlled between 50°C and 300°C and equipped with three circular stainless steel heating elements and one grid. Designed for durability and compliance with CE regulations, this range combines robust materials and precise controls suitable for demanding kitchen environments.
